The SwingApart model is unique since the building opens up like a door. One section stays fixed to the concrete slab while the other section swings open to allow access to the well. Usually, only one person is required to access the well housed in this building.
Like the other RollApart models, operation is kept very simple. The steel frame ensures that the building will align correctly after opening and closing, saving valuable time and resources.
The SwingApart is a very site-specific application designed for a small site with limited access. Even so, most peripheral equipment can still be installed inside the structure and protected from the elements and vandalism.
